~ Reservations ~

If you would like to reserve an animal who is not yet ready to go home or can not be picked up or payed off until a later date please contact us. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold an animal. Buyers need to pick up their reserved animal by the agreed upon date or they will lose their reservation and deposit. We are more than happy to work with people on this and extend pickup dates etc as long as the buyer stays in contact and lets us know in advance that they need more time. DISCLAIMER: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! If you change your mind or can no longer buy the animal the deposit will NOT be refunded to you. Deposits are in no way required, our animals are offered FIRST to people on our waiting list wanting a specific color/sex etc. Animals that are not taken by people on the waiting list will be posted in the available areas and are first come first serve.

RATS ARE THE EXCEPTION! We will reserve rats for buyers without a deposit as long as they want to hold 3 or less.

~ Waiting List ~

People waiting for babies from specific litters or with specific colors/marking etc can be added to our waiting list! We will offer to people in order of joining the list, if you pass on the babies being offered you will be bumped to the bottom of the list. There is no deposit required to join our waiting list. Recent pairings can be seen under the Our Breeders > Upcoming Litters page!
